Bundle @ Kennispark

The newest Bundle community is taking shape at Kennispark, directly opposite the University of Twente in Enschede.  

The community is intended for students in the final phase of their studies, recent graduates, researchers, entrepreneurs and professionals working at Kennispark, a diverse group of people who together bring the area to life.

The building will include:

• 12 studios of 29 m²
• 149 studios of 40 m²
• 22 apartments of 45 m²
• A commercial ground floor and shared community spaces
