Bundle @ Performance Factory

The first residential community was built at the Performance Factory. The first residents moved in in June 2024.

The community consists of 185 studios and 17 live‑work studios. It is a sustainable place to live, work, meet and connect.

The building offers facilities tailored to the needs of starters, such as a parcel locker, a shared meeting space, flexible workspaces and a laundry bar. There is a green inner courtyard with a community garden and a shared pavilion with a kitchen and rooftop terrace.

On the ground floor, various entrepreneurs are located who add value to the community, such as a barbershop and an employment and administrative services office.
The community is well connected to all the facilities of the Performance Factory.

All amenities are close by: within five minutes you can reach the city centre and the train station.
