What is a final settlement?

As soon as your contract expires, you will receive a final settlement. This includes any overpayment of rent and your deposit.
Final settlement
Once your contract has ended, our administration department will send you a final settlement. This will include your deposit and any overpaid and due rent.
If we don't have recent bank details from you, our administration will ask for these in the final settlement. Please provide them with the correct information so they're able to transfer your money.
