Giving notice

The first step is to give notice about terminating your rental agreement. There is a 30-day notice period. You can easily complete our online form, 'Terminating Rental Agreement.' There won’t be any fees if you terminate your contract earlier than the initial given date.

There are a few rules. If you rent furnished accommodation, your end date can be on the 15th or the last day of each month. If you rent non-furnished accommodation, your end date can only be on a weekday and not during the weekend.
