For some housing, there will be an annual rent increase. If this is the case for your living space, we'll notify you at least three months in advance by mail.

Housing corporations are allowed to increase the rent annually on July 1st to invest in housing, livability, and new construction. If the rent is increased, you will receive timely notification about this.
