Rent arrears? You may receive a message from Mind2Pay. It can happen that you do not pay your rent on time, for example, because you forgot or did not have enough money at the time. Are you behind on your rent? If so, we want to remind you as soon as possible. Together, we can prevent the arrears from increasing.

You may receive a message in several ways
Are you behind on your rent? Mind2Pay may then contact you. For example, you may:

·         receive a letter;

·         receive a text message;

·         receive an email;

·         receive a phone call.

How we contact you depends on your situation and the stage of your rent arrears.

Mind2pay messages may look different
A letter you receive through Mind2Pay may look different from the letters you normally receive from Veste Wonen. However, the Veste Wonen/Vechtdal Wonen logo will always appear on the letter.

Unable to pay your rent on time?
Are you unable to pay your rent, or unable to pay it on time? Please contact us as soon as possible. It can be difficult to tell us that you cannot pay your rent. Even so, it is important not to wait. Together, we can explore the available options and work out how to prevent your rent arrears from increasing.
