Paying the startingbill

Along with your rental agreement, you will receive a starting bill. This contains the first month’s rent and a deposit for your accommodation.

You can pay the starting bill online or transfer the amount manually from your bank account. It’s also possible to pay the starting bill at our office. Please note, that we do not accept cash. Only card.

The starting bill has to be paid before the start of your rental agreement. It's not possible to obtain the keys without payment.
