With Veste Wonen’s digital locking system, accessing your accommodation becomes simple, safe and reliable. Your digital key uses the NFC chip in your smartphone or a small keytag — just tap it on the lock, similar to contactless payment.
You manage your digital key through the Veste Wonen app, where you can also find practical information about living on campus, repairs, and how to contact us.
If you lose access or your battery runs out, there’s no need to worry. You can share spare digital keys, remove them whenever you want, and get back inside without waiting for support. If help is needed, keys can be blocked or reassigned instantly. The system uses strong encryption and trusted NFC technology, also used in essential sectors such as energy and telecom.
PROJECT PROGRESS
The first phase has been successfully completed, and student feedback has been very positive. Together with our partners GuestCompass, iLOQ and the CTC, we are now working on the next steps. Your Student Housing Consultant will let you know well in advance when installation is planned for your building.
