How do we offer young people at the start of their careers an attractive place in Enschede, so that they choose to settle here permanently?

Around this central question, Veste Wonen and Domijn join forces to provide suitable living environments for young talent in Enschede. With our brand Bundle, we develop residential communities where young people live, work, and connect with one another. In doing so, Bundle creates new and appealing opportunities for a group that is heavily affected by the housing market. Our collaboration also contributes to Enschede’s ambition to attract and retain more talent in the city.

Bundle will offer residential communities tailored to the needs of young people. In the coming years, Bundle will develop residential communities at various locations throughout the city.
